Exciting Update: We’ve been making small adjustments to the roast level, brew time, and coffee to water ratio in order to lock down the boldest and smoothest cold brew recipe around.
We think it’s awesome!

The grills are lighting up, the sun is shining, and the unofficial start of summer is almost here! Next weekend is Memorial Day weekend, and we are celebrating with the brightest flavors of the season. All this derby cheer reminds me…

My Papaw, was proud to share with you about the greatest, the most, the best and the King.
He was rare in that he actually believed and then lived in the reality that he had actually eaten the best steak,
and caught the most crappie,
and loved the most wonderful woman,
and where George Jones was simply number 1…
and he was forgiven and saved by the king of kings.
He lived in confidence about the rock solid unchanging things, and largely left the rest to the talking heads.
He understood the gift he was living in, while he was living in it. A rare quality, and one I hope to grow into.
Weeks like this, when everyone seems to be walking in the knowledge that we live in a gift called Kentucky…that I think of him, and agree.
