Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, and being surrounded by nature. She loves enchiladas verdes and chiles rellenos, dreams of visiting Egypt to see the pyramids, and is a proud dog mom to Roxy. Fall is her favorite season because of the beautiful weather and changing leaves.

When she’s not working events, Judith enjoys planting flowers in her garden, going on walks, and spending time with family. She loves Mexican food, dreams of visiting Switzerland someday, and is a proud dog mom to Bleu. Fall is her favorite season because of the beautiful colors that come with it.

For the past 8 years, Monserrat Plata has been a valued part of our Culinary team, bringing dedication and hard work to everything she does.

Outside of work, Monserrat enjoys exploring Chicago, going to the gym, swimming, visiting museums and zoos, and relaxing with Netflix. She’s a fan of sweet treats like La Michoacana ice cream and loves discovering new places, food, and culture through travel and adventure. For 15 years, Raul Mora has been a valued member of our Event Production team, bringing energy, dedication, and positivity to every event he supports. Raul is always caught with a smile on his face and helps make every event day better.

Outside of work, Raul enjoys spending time at the lake, shopping, and watching action movies and sports. He loves quesadillas and chiles rellenos, has a pet parrot, and says one fun fact about himself is that he’s really funny.
