Just a little pizza oven update! 🍕
We had a successful installation last week (thanks to several friends!), and we're just putting on the final touches. Tomorrow, we officially get to start seasoning this beauty!
We'll be firing it up throughout the week as we break it in, and if all goes as planned, we'll be serving pizzas from our new oven this weekend or early next week. We can't wait to share the results with all of you!

Guys, this is our FINAL week of our first year owning Vino! We can hardly believe it's already been a year. What an incredible journey it's been, and we're so grateful for every person who has supported us along the way.
We're wrapping up year one with an amazing week full of incredible musicians, delicious specials, and irresistible desserts!

UPDATE: We were able to find someone to help us out! Thank you so much to everyone who reached out. Keep an eye out for updates on our new oven in the coming week!

We have some exciting news, and are needing some help! We received a grant from Dunn County Economic Development for a new, BIGGER pizza oven! We are super excited, and just received news it will be delivered bright and early Monday morning. Our issue is, it's very big and very heavy, and we can't seem to find any place that has a fork lift that is strong enough for what we need. If anyone has any leads on a fork lift that can lift 5,038lbs, with 6ft forks. Preferably someplace that delivers. Please reach out if you have any leads. We have already reached out to all the rental places that we know of in the area with no luck.
