Harbor days is here 🎆
We are blessed to be just about busier than we can handle since we embody a “made fresh daily” way of life over here on the east side. KJ is proofing more focaccia than ever before, and we are thrilled to see it going out on almost every single plate of breakfast! Hey mom, remember when I asked you to make your first loaf?! 🫶
To keep up with the harbor days demand, here is what we’re rolling with this week! I try to remind every buddy we are simply 2 cooks, with 4 burners… cooking out of a building that was designed to be a bait shop. It’s never boring 😉
We did receive a review a short time back that we need more cooks. I had a good laugh at that. Yes we sure could, us and every other food business. We are considering this moving forward, and have lots of exciting news to share soon once the details are hammered out.
