We’re rolling out the comfort food you didn’t know you needed — Chef Gary’s housemade Italian meatballs piled high on a bed of penne pasta, tossed in a zesty tomato sauce, finished with Parmesan, and served with grilled bread made for soaking up every last bite. 🇮🇹✨

Big flavors, cozy vibes, and the kind of dinner that makes you say “I’ll just have one more bite”… (we all know that’s a lie 😉)

4th of July at The Roof — A Tradition 6 Years Strong! And we are happy to announce that The Butcher and Bottle is partnering again this year and we will be selling their 12 balcony seats also!!

Join us for our rooftop view of Ellijay’s fireworks and help us support The Gilmer Food Pantry and families in need! Proceeds from the sell of seats will be donated the evening of the 4th of July!❤️

🎟️ Seats go on sale TOMORROW, June 23, 2026 starting at 9AM!

📞 Call (706) 635-7663 to claim your spot. (No voicemails prior to 9 am, no emails, no exceptions — first come, first serve!) I will not return calls left before this time.

🔹Restaurant Opens on July 4th 11:30 through approximately 7:00 PM for all guests. Then we shut down and reopen —

🔹 Private event for ticket holders starts at 8:00 PM

🍸 Limited menu + full bar available all night for seat holders!!

We’re serving up our Father’s Day Prime Rib Special — a juicy, slow roasted 12oz cut perfectly cooked cut of prime rib paired with golden herb roasted potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, au jus and a creamy horseradish sauce….because Dad didn’t ask for another tie, he asked for a good steak. 😉

Kick things off with our Skyline Spritz — a porch-sittin’, sunset-sippin’ kind of cocktail made with Old Fourth Gin, muddled blueberries, fresh lemon, and rosemary. It’s sweeter than Southern gossip and twice as refreshing.

🥗 Our Asian Spring Salad is bringing all the sunshine with crisp greens, juicy mandarin oranges, crunchy rice noodles, and a sesame ginger dressing that’ll make you want to lick the fork. We won’t judge.
