Our matcha, ube, cold brew, pour-over coffee, and lemonade are all organic, because we’re committed to serving products that we genuinely feel good about drinking ourselves.

Happy Monday! 🤍🌿

After a much-needed couple of days to rest and reset, we’re back and excited for another week at Maple & Cream!

When I dreamed up Maple & Cream, I pictured a cozy little gypsy-inspired trailer serving handcrafted coffee, waffles, and gelato on warm summer days. I never imagined that just two weeks after opening we’d already be welcoming three new team members, adjusting our hours, and restocking inventory far sooner than I ever expected.

To say we’ve been blown away would be an understatement.

Your support has exceeded anything I could have imagined, and we’re incredibly grateful.

We’ve spent the weekend regrouping, restocking, and getting ready for another great week.

✨ We’re now open 10:00 AM–6:00 PM! (Tue - Sat)

We’re hoping the earlier opening helps spread out the morning rush, and with a few extra helping hands this week, we’re excited to welcome everyone a little more smoothly.

The last two weeks have been an incredible reminder that sometimes the smallest dreams grow into something much bigger than you ever expected. We’re still learning, growing, and finding new ways to make the Maple & Cream experience even better, and we couldn’t do it without this amazing community.

Thank you for showing up, sharing our little trailer with your friends, bringing your families, and making Maple & Cream part of your summer.

One of my favorite ways to recharge is spending time in the garden. 🌱

There’s something about slowing down, getting my hands in the dirt, and watching things grow that reminds me to appreciate the little things.
