If you've been lucky enough to get down the Middle Fork of the Slamon River over in Idaho with Helfrich River Outfitters in the past 5 years, then you might know that some of those glorious river side, fire side meats are seasoned with our Gold Rush BBQ Rub. If you've been even luckier enough to spend some time with my brother Cole Henson on one of these trips, then you deifinitley know. Because some of you have made the trek over to Emigrant to see us and tell us about it! And i absolutely love that.

My dad's side of the family always had a huge 4th of July reunion party. They stayed up stayed up all night of the 3rd, cooking pork on a concrete block pit. Then the gathering of the 4th was real. I think he'd be proud of the gathering thats already started today in Emigrant. And the gathering that will be all day. Come and get it yall.
