I’m not a fan of mushrooms, but came across of some beautiful mushrooms at the farmers market, so thought I might have some fun with it. Made a grill chicken on top of a mushroom sauce with a cali-flower puréed and accompanied by Oyster, Lion’s mane, Trumpet and Beech mushrooms. All very good!
