We love the Trexlertown Velodrome and Friday night races, but with an Extreme Heat Warning in effect and highs near 101°, the CB truck has to sit this one out.

Summer is our season, and skipping a Friday night event isn't easy, but our trucks turn into ovens in weather like this, and our team's safety comes first.

So many of the trucks you see around the Valley are family-run, just like us, trying to keep both our businesses and our people going, and that's not always easy. If you see others cancel this weekend, know how tough of a call that is - giving up money you were counting on and letting people down is the last thing any of us want to do.

The Valley's food truck scene is full of incredibly talented people doing amazing work, so we don't take this honor lightly. Thank you to everyone who has rolled up to our window, spread the word, and shown up again and again.
