We’ve been hoarding these beauties for a few weeks now, so it’s about time for Tequila Tuesday with Trenton!
We are featuring three lovelies from Cambio (our current favorite tequila line). This is their Cellar Series and it does not disappoint.
No.9 - For The Purists : a blanco with NO barrel time.
No.10 - Rosa de Pommard : a reposado made with Pommard yeast and aged in Pinot Noir barrels… she’s a little pink!
No.7 : The Hearts - Barril : an anejo aged in “Gin spiced rye barrels” of French Oak.

It’s a new wine day!!!!
Introducing Bridges Family Winery 2020 Malbec from Medoza, Argentina and the 2024 Lubanzi Chenin Blanc from South Africa.

The Malbec… well, she’s gorgeous. Light but holds its own on the palette. Medium tannins with a crisp acidity which lends itself to food, but absolutely does not need it to be enjoyed. The nose is full of blueberry, deep dark cherry, and rhubarb with a hint of minerality. It’s really, really lovely.

The Chenin Blanc is exactly what you would expect. Crisp, acidic, and light with hints of citrus, salt, limestone, and whiteflower in the nose. It’s perfect for a hot day… or any day. This fella is in a can and, honestly, it’s probably the best canned wine we’ve had.

Merchant Cycles is back with the Lunar Ride on Saturday, July 18!

Choose between a 30- or 50-mile gravel route and experience the Flint Hills as you ride Emporia's world-famous gravel roads beneath the stars and moonlight. It's a chance to take in the rolling prairie, peaceful scenery, and wide-open skies after the sun goes down.
