Iā€™m excited to share the coming soon of Chicken Chicks, a family friendly fast service restaurant coming to Weis Plaza, in Endwell, NY across from Highland Park. I did dream of a place 15 years ago where I could get a good quality meal, some authentic Buffalo style wings without going to a bar. Some healthy quality salads, and a selection of great tasty chicken sandwiches. My name is Bill Budine and this day would never happen without the support of great family and friendships built up over the years. I have to start off by thanking Jim and Julie, wishing them a happy and healthy retirement, for given up the valuable space held over the years by their Mama Ts restaurant. All the rest of these important people in my life have influenced me in some way to motivate me to succeed, I thank Lexis, Nicole, Michele, Ana, Rick, Darrell, Charles, Joan, Duane, Ken, Dana, Kelly, My Dad, in memory of Cherie, Aldo, and most of all my Beloved Mother who I miss. I thank my owner of the property, Philip, for believing in me and giving me an opportunity of my lifetime.

Get ready for Chicken Chicks to be born and we will make a positive impact on your community as we support local charities and our national flagship charity of Make a Wish Foundation.
