One of the best parts of being in coffee is getting to experience the craft of other roasters.
We brought home a bag from Four Bakery in Colorado, and what a treat it has been. Every roaster brings a unique perspective to the cup, and it’s always inspiring to taste the passion, skill, and care that goes into someone else’s work.
