Dear Friends and Neighbors,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce that all good things come to an end. Mama Shiou will
be retiring as of April 30th after serving our community for over 47 years, and we will be closing
the Twin Dragon Restaurant permanently after dinner service this Sunday evening. Please join
us in celebrating her well-deserved retirement by stopping by our party on Saturday, April 29th
anytime between 1- 4 PM for some food and drink and to socialize with our local community.
We have lived a true American Dream here on South Broadway in Englewood. We are forever
grateful to the community for the many decades of continued patronage, friendship, and love
because we could not have survived the blood, sweat, and tears without you! Although
bittersweet, we look forward to new beginnings. We look forward to maintaining our
friendships with our local community that has supported us all these years. We will continue to
be active community partners in Englewood, our local Asian community, and the International
Leadership Foundation to try to pay the goodwill forward to the next generation. We hope to
see many of you at future community events! We are also excited for the new owners, a local
Chinese restauranteur family, and the new energy they will bring to Englewood.
We also want to sincerely thank our loyal staff over the years, both past and present, who
represented the lifeblood of our business and lives. Our team sustained both our successes and
our shared experiences of our most cherished memories over the decades.
THANK YOU ALL, WE LOVE YOU! We sincerely wish you all the very best health and happiness.
