April Supremes begin this weekend!

Lemon Meringue is going to have a lemon curd filling with a marshmallow meringue topping

Strawberry Coconut is inspired by Gamesa’s Arcoiris cookie from our childhood! It will be a strawberry glaze and coconut crème pat filling, marshmallow buttercream with coconut flakes and a thin line of that strawberry glaze

Cherry Marshmallow is also inspired by another classic, the Bubulubu candy bar! The croissant is filled with cherry jam and marshmallow fluff then dipped in chocolate ganache. Then it is finished with a bit of marshmallow buttercream and a glittery maraschino cherry

We had fun with this lineup and hope you enjoy them as much as we did!
