Join us and Chelsea Yoga & Meditation from ASCEND Erie at 6am on top of Bicentennial Tower at Dobbins Landing - Erie for an adaptable practice to start your day mindfully.

This weekly Wednesday event is free with no registration required. Just bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel to practice on and pick a spot!

Welcome Studio Surrender to Downtown Erie!

This dream of Vicke's and Kevin's has been sixteen years in the making, with their passion and vision brought to life with the help of architect Jeff Kidder to turn a blighted, boarded up Meuser building into a new beautiful and activated space.

You can find them on 19 W 4th St. featuring the Original Series 26 & 2 hot yoga, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork classes, cold plunge, infrared and red light therapy, and more!
