Hi, I am Alexa Shivley and I just graduated from Emporia High School. Alli Bean Coffee Bar is dedicated to my best friend Allison (Alli) Hope Hess. Alli lived life to the fullest in her 16 years and brought more joy to the world than most. Alli’s love made a tremendous impact on the people she surrounded herself with throughout her life. The friends and family who help work the Alli Bean Coffee Bar’s main goal is to spread happiness, while also appreciating all of the big and small blessings God has provided. Alli had a fiery soul who loved the gym, sports, lake Wabaunsee days and a good cup of coffee. Our slogan, A Cup of Hope represents our goal to help everyone find the good in each day.
