The wait is officially over!!!
We’re opening tomorrow Friday April 4th at 10 am and will be closing at 8 pm. We hope to see everyone there! We will also be offering a choice of free chips and salsa or a free chile con queso appetizer as well as a free dessert.

Beautiful Española get ready to spice up your day at Sopaipilla Cafe! Opening soon—don’t miss the heat! 💛 We’re super excited to announce that our opening day is getting closer than we expected. We don’t have an exact date just yet, but we are aiming to open sometime this week, which would be the first week of April. We can't wait to bring on in our new and existing customers to join us for lunch or dinner and become part of the Sopaipilla café family. We thank all of you for supporting our small family-owned business and hope to continue being part of your life and building a relationship with all the española community.
