🚨Schedule Change Alert! TLDR We will NOT be at the Essex Farmers Market tonight!!

Because we use an enriched dough, loaded with full fat Cabot butter and Monument Farms whole milk, our dough is extremely temperature and humidity sensitive. The lack of A/C in our home bakery is really testing the limits on what we can produce from here.

Unfortunately this means we will need to step back from events for the remainder of July. We’re hoping to rejoin the Essex Farmers Market once we’re set up in the new bakery!!

Stay tuned for updates!!! Thank you so much for sticking with us while we get settled!!!

We HATE having to turn anyone away empty handed so if you’re still in line when we sell out, you’ll have the opportunity to build an order to pickup at on July 11th. This preorder will not be open to the public!
