Carl's Corner in Beautiful Downtown Essig is a family restaurant that proudly serves WCCO- voted Minnesota's best fried chicken and some wicked thin crust pizzas! Carl's serves lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 to 1:30, There is always a lunch special, if you want chicken, Tuesday is the only day when chicken is served at lunch. Dinner is served on Monday through Sunday from 5:00 until 9:00. Carl's only accepts cash or checks, but they do have an ATM machine.
