Our pre packaged New York style thin crust pizza dough is made all from scratch by hand with a 24 hour poolish and a 12 hour rise. Then frozen fresh ready to thaw n fire.

Ready for at home creations! ♡ Perfect for garlic knots and calzones as well.

Each ball of dough makes a 12 inch regular size pizza . I can make them in any size as well.
Now taking orders for our organic batches.
