Tin House

Tin House Thai Street Food Tin House is a new restaurant in the Anacortes Washington. Our recipe's have been in the workings for 36 years.

Chef Nee is from the northeast part of Thailand. The northeast also known as Isaan. Isaan flavors are known for their pungent sauces and spicy chilies. Chef Nee feels their should be a balance in her cooking. Something sweet, spicy (flavor as well as heated) and salty. Our dishes are common street food from this part of Thailand and we hope everyone enjoys our dishes. Our décor is based on things that are made from metal. Commonly seen and used in Thailand.
