Welcome to our page!

Saved by the Bowl is an aspiring food truck In Eugene, OR which will sell internationally inspired burritos and rice bowls. Some of our future menu items include the traditional Mexican style bowls and burritos, all the way to innovative Thai, Indian, Hawaiian, and Greek styles.

We are aiming to be open by the end of summer but as of right now we are in the process of building our kitchen. Saved by the Bowl will stay true to our name by converting an old ambulance into our food truck. Follow our page for updates for our business! We can’t wait to be saving the Eugene area, one fresh bowl at a time!
