Today we will be in Eugene at Penfed Credit Union at 400 country club road from 11am-2pm.
The potato bowl has been around for some time, but we have mistakenly not shared to photo of the Bitchin’ Breakfast Potato bowl with the world yet! Want a wrap or burrito entree, but your gluten free? Here’s our option! All of the goodies from that menu item, topped over warm crispy fries. Even if you aren’t gluten free, this is also a delicious upgrade to try something new!

Our new special - the Chicken Wellington wrap! A king size tortilla filled with grilled chicken topped with minced garlic melted over with Swiss, spinach, pickled onions, sundried tomatoes, a housemade mushroom Wellington paste, and our housemade white truffle aioli. It’s definitely something to come pick up😍🙌
This week, we will be at the Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital in Lebanon, OR from 11am-3pm. If you’re in that area definitely swing by! We’re excited to see you!🤗

Debuting the new Candy Apple Waffle😍 It’s come time again for the ASUO Street Faire where we will introduce this new menu item! This is a sweet liege waffle topped with vanilla ice cream, apple compote, our house-made toasted marshmallow whipped cream, caramel drizzle, dusted with graham crumbs and garnished with sliced red delicious apples. This is something we are really excited to be releasing!😍 The ASUO Street Faire is running Wednesday-Friday on 13th Ave this week, so you won’t miss your chance to pick up one of these bad boys 🤗We will also be doing the corn-hole tournament at the Elks Lodge in Springfield this Saturday, where we will also have this gorgeous special!😳🤗 Come check us out, we’re excited to see you!

Here are our hours for this week!
Wednesday we are kicking off the week at the Selco Corporate Office at 110 international way from 11:30am-3pm out in Springfield.
Thursday, we will be at the Bailey at Amazon Creek Apartments from 11am-3pm over off of Bailey Hill Road in Eugene off of West 11th.
Friday, we will be at Pfeiffer Winery and Vineyards from 5pm-9pm serving up Burgers for Burgers and Blues! Come and stop by for some good food while you enjoy music in a gorgeous setting.
Saturday, we are ending the week at Harley-Davidson off of College View Road in Eugene from 12pm-3pm for their Pups & Pistons event, co-hosted by Lucky Paws! Come grab some goodies and support our local businesses💛

We have exciting plans for tonight!
We will be leaving West Avenue Furniture on West 11th today around 4:30 to make this last minute booking - the Arena Wars MMA cage fighting tournament! We are planning to be serving as early as 5:30pm tonight, and will be serving until about 8pm. And tomorrow, we will be coming back to West Avenue Furniture once again and to serve on West 11th from 11:30am til we sell out!
Tickets are going fast for the Arena Wars, so make sure to not miss your chance at grabbing your ticket for tonight! We’re excited to see you!🍦🤗

Tomorrow (Thursday) is our only public event this week until we are at Bennett Vineyards & Wine Company for Labor Day.

We’ll be open 11-6:30 on Thursday rather than just lunch, at the The Bailey at Amazon Creek in west Eugene. We are bringing back the beloved Al Pastor taco cones! These are waffle cones filled with Al pastor pork, juicy pineapple tidbits, purple cabbage, cilantro, jalapeño, and garnished with a lime wedge. Come by and grab yourself one and get your fill on our house made ice cream 👏🙌🤩🍦

This weekend come check us out at the 5th Street Market, for Market Fest 2022👏✨ 3 square blocks are shut down for this amazing benefit. Tons of vendors, events, music and more! We are parked on Pearl just north of sixth. Facing the gigantic stage.

It’s a benefit for Positive Community Kitchen Every week volunteer teen and adult chefs come together to prepare organic healing meals for community members fighting life-threatening illnesses

The Bitchin’ Breafast Burrito is a must try from our menu 😍😊 black pepper pulled pork, pico de gallo, housemade chipotle aioli, scrambled local Veneta/Elmira eggs, melty provolone, waffle chunks and fries… absolutely delicious, and it has a bit of a kick to it between the peppered pork and the chipotle aioli 😍🌡🌶
