**Permanently Closed** A Gourmet Street Kitchen specializing in lunch with a modern twist. Sandwiches, Tarts and Scratch Baked Desserts are the focus of our kitchen. Complemented by an assortment of premium salads and our Famous "Trailer-Made Chili". Carnivore/Vegetarian/Vegan friendly. We have Gluten Free options. Check FB for our hours and locations. We are a mobile kitchen available for events and catering.

A few weeks ago, we made the really difficult decision to not participate at the Eugene Saturday Market. We still feel so honored to have been asked to be a part of the market. We are also very grateful to have gone through the experiences during our time there. We learned a lot and made new friends. Thanks everyone for coming down to see us while we were there! We will post updates for events here as they come up.

**Update** Betty Rocker's will be joining the Eugene Saturday Market for the 2014 season!!! We are so excited to be asked to part of this wonderful organization! We are missing the opening weekend but should be up and running by the 2nd Saturday in April. We can't wait to see you all again!

OK - We have our Famous CHILI PIE today!! This time we didn't lose the pot of chili in transit! A little duct tape on the refrigerator door solved that problem. I love duct tape!
We'll be at The Lane County Farmers Market from 10-3 today or you can catch us at Ninkasi Brewing on Friday 5-10pm.

Tomorrow 9/11 we will be down at the Lane County Farmers Market on 8th and Oak. Come by and try a Chili Pie or a Betty ...

Starting up our Fall Menu and bringing back the Cumin Scented Wheat Berry-Lentil Stew with Zenner's Smoked Brats! Also will be grilling up the Betty Burger this afternoon at Ninkasi Brewing 4-pm till close.

Remember, we always have Gluten Free & Veggie Options :-)
