For the month of February, we are participating in the Vegan Chef Challenge and will be offering a few specials for you to try. A new item, Vegan Poutine is available on hand cut fries or sweet potato fries. We also have some variations on a couple of our classic dishes, garlic or fiery spiced fries or garlic falafel.

Oh yeah, May 2025 marks our 2🍑 th Anniversary! Thank you to our wonderful and supportive Eugene community and hungry customers, from vegans to omnivores, who have brought us through all the years.
Special thanks to Sean Aaberg for planting the initial seed, to Seth Tibbott the brain of The Tofurky Company and his constant encouragement, to all of our employees who have contributed their time to help build this small business, to Kris for giving me my first commissary kitchen when I was triking a small food cart through the Whiteaker to vend at Kesey Square, to all the local food distributors for providing to us such great ingredients, to the creative communities that make up OCF and Saturday Market for being such an inspiration, to First Christian Church for being our cart host for over 15 years, to the lane county health inspectors doing a great job to keep the public safe, to my peers in the food cart and restaurant business, and to Mom & Dad and my family for their support and encouragement.
