Dear Community,

It is time to announce that Pizza Research Institute is now closed. Many of you know our family suffered a severe car accident and we were badly injured with a long recovery ahead. Under the circumstances , we have chosen to make this decision and can no longer operate. It has meant so much to us all the support we have received from you all in the last year and a half of new ownership and we are truly grateful. We are excited for the next chapter in our lives and continued healing.
