Our social media manager has been out of pocket this week, so if yall've been missing us in your feed, that's why.

That being said, this is a post to remind yall that, when possible, we still make faces out of the veggies on your burger.

Okay yall, we're gonna need to take the day to get everything put back together. 😬

It was a pleasure, as always, to feed yall while you listened to good tunes and enjoyed good times. There was a bit of rain in the beginning, but everybody waited it out, and in the end, the festivities went off without a hitch. 😊

The major rain didn't get there until about an hour and a half after everything finished; right about the time we pulled out to bring the truck back to our regular spot. 🙃

And if yall've ever had to pack up quickly to beat a rainstorm, then you know how hectic that can make things. 🥴

Now imagine that on steroids with an entire mobile kitchen. Everything was quite literally rode hard and put up wet. 🫠😆

So we're gonna take the day to reset the chaos.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. We'll be back at it on Wednesday. Same time, same place.

Yall eat fish so fast that we think some of you might have been marine animals in a past life. 🐟

That being said, we SOLD OUT of today's fish tacos in two hours. 🫣

They'll be back on Wednesday, but we suggest coming for them early, cause they fly.

We are officially SOLD OUT of burgers. We'll be closing 15 minutes early today. Thank yall so much for all your support. 🥹

Yall, we're about to run out of burgers... 🫣

We've been trying to make a Father's Day post all day, but yall have had us busy right out of the gate. So much so that we've only got half a dozen burgers left. When they're gone, we're gonna go ahead and close down.

With that being said;

Happy Father's Day to all the dads and surrogate father figures out there. If you want Disco's to celebrate, then we suggest doing it quickly. 😉

You'll still be able to get sausage gravy on a bacon burrito until we run out of gravy, but yall have gobbled up all the sausage patties.
