This Week’s Foodie Club Menu is Here!
Friends,
This week’s menu takes a little trip through the Caribbean before making its way back to the mountains. As always, everything is made from scratch in small batches with plenty of love, butter, and the firm belief that good food is best when shared.
✨ Jamaican Jerk Pork Tenderloin (GF)
Caribbean-spiced pork tenderloin, grilled and roasted until tender, served with creamy plantain potato mash and a bright charred corn succotash with sweet peppers, lime, and fresh herbs.
✨ Spring Baby Greens (GF)
Fresh baby greens topped with pickled red onions, roasted pepitas, cucumber, avocado, and our lime green goddess dressing. Crisp, colorful, and exactly what summer ordered.
✨ White Cheddar Chive Biscuits
Flaky, buttery biscuits loaded with sharp white cheddar and fresh chives. Perfect alongside dinner—or standing in front of the fridge at midnight. No judgment here.
✨ Strawberry Rhubarb Galette with Crisp Topping
Sweet strawberries, tart rhubarb, and cream cheese custard tucked into flaky butter pastry and finished with a brown sugar streusel. Rustic, messy, and absolutely worth licking the fork.
