🍨✨ Surprise flavor reveal! ✨🍨

We loved reading all guesses and some of you had it right!!
Our mystery flavor is Biscotto 🤎 An Italian butter cookie gelato topped with Biscoff cookies and Ghirardelli caramel, handmade right here in the Creamery.

A huge thank you to everyone who braved the chilly, rainy weather for opening night! It was so great seeing so many familiar & new faces.

It’s time to taste the nostalgia during Old Fashioned Saturday!

At Gal & Goat Mercantile, the candy jars will be full + we will have 3 different types of fudge, and will be open Saturday from 10–12 & 5–7!

The Creamery will be having it’s opening weekend for the summer from 3–9🍨 (gelato, old fashion sodas, bavarian nuts, & hand pies)

Then spend the day around town with pie contests, talent shows, lemonade, cotton candy, shopping, and all the sweet small-town fun to kick off the summer in Eustis ❤️

Apparently whimsical decor is officially “in” right now… which is funny because Gal & Goat has been in on that from the beginning 💛🐐

We’ve got frog pitchers, owl wall decor, goat pitchers, chicken platters, cottagecore mugs, piggy salt shakers, and all kinds of delightfully little treasures ready to add a tiny bit of whimsy into your life 🐸✨🌼
