What's in my plate? Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken. This is completely keto friendly. The chicken is grilled but also the best quality I can find for you. Completely ORGANIC and HALAL. The oil I use in my salad dressing is extra virgin olive oil to give the best healthy quality I can to my customers. I switched from distilled vinager to balsamic vinager, all to give you a healthier dressing for your healthy choice of food.. During times like this eating healthy is a good way to boost a healthy immune system for any virus!
