She'll have handmade dog bandanas and other goodies for your four-legged family members. We'd love for everyone to come out and show her some support as she starts this new adventure.

There will be plenty of other great local vendors as well, making this a perfect evening to grab some amazing food, a sweet treat, shop local, and support small businesses.

Princeton we are set up at hub 127 until one then will be heading to farm 57 we have 28 jars of pineapples all smalls for today watermelon and blue raspberry lemonade come and get them!!!

🚔 We sold out all weekend. One guy took it so hard he drove through a gate looking for more. 🔥🔥 Warning: Smokin’ Roux may cause extreme cravings, poor decision-making, and unexpected interactions with law enforcement. 🚔

WOW... you guys kept us hustling all week and then kicked it into double time over the weekend! 🔥

We started the weekend at the International Market with an absolutely amazing turnout. Then came Glow Bingo, and what a blast that was! 🎉

Sunday was wild. We had already upgraded the trailer with additional refrigeration, and you guys STILL managed to sell us out! We restocked with everything we could get our hands on and wrapped up the day with a great movie night at Post House. 🍿

Then Monday was our Posey County debut, and WOW... Posey County showed up too! We are truly blessed by the support, encouragement, and love you all continue to show us. ❤️

To top it all off, while we were serving a private lunch yesterday behind a locked gate, a guy apparently decided the gate wasn't going to stop him. He crashed through the gate, drove into the property, saw we were closed, clipped my truck on the way out, and then drove back out through the gate.

I'm not saying he was trying to get Smokin Roux... but our food must be pretty good if people are willing to catch felonies over it. 😂😂

We know we're a couple days late getting this post out, but it's been absolutely nonstop, and we couldn't be more thankful for every single one of you.

Thank you swrica for having us out you guys sold us out of briscit and gumbo. :) Loved seeing everyone in there neon colors for glow bingo... come check us out at the foodie festival on washington square mall. Kickoff is 11-5. Bouncy castles ice cream other vendors inside. :)

We are on all 4 wheels again we will holding to our schedule!!!! We want to thank our neighbor who came over to help me install the temporary axle yesterday morning unfortunately we couldn’t get that one to work. My brother for letting us use the temporary axle. And Evansville auto wheel and rim for having a replacement in stock this morning I spent hours the last 2 days trying to track an axle down and I was told anywhere from Friday to 3 weeks to get one!!!
