We will be closed Monday, 10/12/26. If you have an order that is ready to pick up, you should’ve already gotten a call or a voicemail to not come on Monday. If you have cattle scheduled for harvest on Tuesday and want to drop it off Monday afternoon, we will be there receiving cattle between 1-4 pm. Thank you!

We are expanding. New freezer going well! We haven’t had much construction fun since we built this place. Several of the guys that helped build this place stayed on and learned to become excellent butchers. They are still here and are handier than pockets on a shirt!

This our partner Paul. His main responsibility is HACCP, USDA compliance, and quality control. Its a tiring job. So tiring that he fell asleep while doing his end of day paper work on Monday. We just took his picture, turned out the lights, closed his office door, and we went home. Oh...and did the obligatory photo shop. 🤣 He was not still in there when I got here at 6:30 the next morning.
