Who knew watermelon and feta cheese made such a great combo… this Tapped summer special is sweet, tangy, refreshing, and full of flavor. Definitely worth the try!

Our summer specials are available starting today 🌞

• Street Corn – Sweet corn topped with honey lime aioli and cotija cheese for the perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and savory.

• Beefsteak Tomato & Burrata – Ripe beefsteak tomatoes, creamy burrata, microgreens, balsamic glaze, and crostinis.

• Watermelon & Feta – Juicy watermelon, feta cheese, pickled red onion, balsamic glaze, and champagne vinaigrette

• Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad – Mixed greens, quinoa, fresh strawberries, maple glazed pecans, goat cheese, and vanilla bean vinaigrette with a balance of sweet, tangy, and crunchy flavors.

• Strawberries & Cream – A warm brown butter snickerdoodle topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream

Our chef team has been hard at work cooking up the summer specials. Some favorites are returning with a new twist so be sure to keep an eye out for when they drop 👀

Yesterday we brought together our chefs and general managers from Tapped Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Camano Island, Tapped at the Port, and The Net Shed for our Summer Culinary Summit.

We started the day with gratitude — taking a moment to appreciate the incredible people behind our restaurants and the opportunity to get everyone in one room. From there, we dove into what’s ahead, collaborating on seasonal features, new menu additions, team goals, and ways to continue elevating the guest experience across all of our brands.
The kitchen quickly became the center of attention as our culinary team got to work preparing upcoming dishes while our leadership teams shared ideas, best practices, and plans for the months ahead. Everyone had the chance to taste, discuss, and train on each new item to ensure every plate that reaches your table is exactly how it was intended.

To wrap up the day, we headed out on the water with Captain Greg and Sandy for an unforgettable afternoon. Between a beautiful grazing board prepared by our team, great conversations, and even an appearance from an orca pod near Hat Island, it was the perfect reminder of why we love where we live and what we do.

Private Event Notice | June 18
Tapped at The Port will be hosting a private event on Thursday, June 18.

Our dining room will have its last seating at 2:30 PM and will close at 3:30 PM for the event. Patio seating and takeout orders will remain available throughout the evening, so you can still enjoy your waterfront favorites with us.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the events that help make our space a gathering place for the community.

We’ve officially outgrown our Camano Island office and are looking for a couple of great neighbors to take over our affordable leases at the Camano Commons.

Available spaces include:

As our company continues to grow across Camano, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, and Everett, we’re moving our support team to a more central location. This does not change our commitment to the island—Tapped Camano isn’t going anywhere.
