Looking to hire a pitmaster. The candidate chosen will be responsible of preparing all the house, smoked meats and the sides.. must be personable and be able to handle high volume situations. Also, looking for a barbecue pit crew will be responsible for assisting the pitmaster and preparing the Foods rubs, sauces, and all the sides for the barbecue menu.. apply in person at Little Country Pizza Thursday through Sunday ask for chef Pierre. LCP is back in action tonight!! Thank you to everyone that came out to dine with us on Mother’s Day!! We hope Mom had a memorable meal!!

The first order of the day was two SamZones… an Italian Stallion which is a pepperoni studded calzone and loaded with all the Italian grinder fixings… and a Smokey and the Bandit which is a cheese calzone stuffed with slow smoked BBQ Beef Brisket and creamy, made fresh to order Mac n cheese with a side of our house BBQ sauce…
