Lead barista!
6:30-12 M-F
Must be 18+ years old and have 6 months barista experience. Or 18+ years old and 1 year management experience.

HIGH SCHOOLERS!!
Are you looking for a summer job but ready to start training now? We have the perfect opportunity, we have a high school shift!
2:30-6 on weekdays and 12-6pm on weekend.
Must be available for a minimum of 3 days a week and 16 years or older.

✨ We’re Hiring a Lead Barista ✨

This is a first for us!

We’re officially opening up our Lead Barista position to outside applicants — and we’re looking for the right person to step into a leadership role at Backwoods Coffee ☕️

This isn’t just making drinks (although yes, you’ll still be behind the bar).
This is:
• Leading shifts
• Setting the tone for the team
• Keeping standards high
• Training and supporting baristas
• Being someone others look to

If you’re the kind of person who naturally takes initiative, notices the details, and isn’t afraid to step up and lead — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll need:
• 18+
• At least 6 months barista experience
• Strong work ethic + reliability
• Confidence leading others and holding standards
• Weekend/peak availability
• Reliable transportation (you’ll help with stock runs)
