Our Chicken Tinga street taco has our smokey blend of Chipotle, Guajillo and Pequin chilies, in a rich tomato sauce, topped with white and marinated onions, cilantro and our avacado-tomatillo salsa.

Thank you so much Interior Alaska!

Today was one our top 10 busiest day since we began this journey! I cannot believe how many of you stopped by today.

We prepared 40 orders of Halibut and sold all but 4 orders.

Our ticket times only dragged for a short time, for that we apologize, but for the most part, we had fast service.

Thank you all so much for loving our tacos!

*edit* we have being fairly silent about this, Taco Lovers, as there have been A LOT of hiccups in this process! We are hoping this gets to Fairbanks mid June.... but to be fair it was supposed to get here in April. (We dropped that particular Manufacturer and began our search again and are working with a new one) so please be patient...
