Hey if you're in the area, check out our building. Well, the outside that is. Has a lot of serious repairs. Fixed them and am now siding. Solar will be applied soon. Hooking up new water service and District Hot Water Heat. Gas not available for me. So, the outside is coming along well. The inside is a little slower. It's all about the details. Never have been a landscaper, so if you have suggestions for me, draw me a sketch. First two trees stay. The one birch must go. It is splitting and considered dangerous. I want to be open in October. Also looking for a fiscal sponsor to help me help them. I need a grant to build Phase II. It will be an annex of rooms, plus. The grant would help fund me to build the annex that could house persons you need in town. My location is perfect. Stop by contact me and we can make it happen. This will be good for Fairbanks and the Interior.

We are taking Red Couch in a new direction. We enjoyed being a Deli/Bakery. Now we are remodeling & repurposing. We are customizing our place to be a BnB. Nope, we are not a vacation destination & we are not pet friendly. We are here for travelers who NEED to be in Fairbanks. Have medical or dental apointments, district or federal court needs, job interview, training, birth, maybe just stock up on supplies for winter, if you NEED to be in Fairbanks we are here for you. We hope to be up and running by September. We will be able to offer ADA rooms and are adding a new ADA bathroom. We are offering a great nights sleep and a breakfast and good coffee to get you going to do whatever brings you to Fairbanks. We will keep you posted.
