The Aviator Special is the Bahn Mi Bomber, our pizza take on the classic Vietnamese Bahn Mi sandwich. It’s one of our most popular specials, and if you’ve been waiting for it, now is your chance!

Hey Fairbanks! Come in Friday and grab a classic Citabria Caesar Pizza before we close for the weekend in observance of Memorial Day!

Olive oil base, mozzarella/provolone blend, chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, and a swirl of our house-made Caesar dressing.

Closure is From Saturday, May 23rd, to Monday, May 25th.

Tomorrow is FAI’s Aviation Day on the East Ramp from 8am–3pm ✈️

Cruise the planes, wander around, then swing by the restaurant after for our Aviator Special: the Twin Otter Taco Pie.

Red enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese, seasoned ground beef, shredded iceberg lettuce, fresh tomatoes, Doritos chip crumbles, sour cream, and nacho cheese.

We’ll be running it today through Sunday while it lasts. See you at the hangar!
