Hello Hoshi fam,

We appreciate all the support everyone has given us last week.

For all the people that came out Sunday night we are sorry about the inconvenience. Our power was out due to a accident near Colonel Glenn and Fairfield.

We will continue for anniversary items until 8/2.

Szechuan chicken will stay until we run out. This is the last batch that we will be prepping.

Hope to see everyone this week!

Mushroom Medley Udon 🍄‍🟫🍄‍🟫

This is one of the specials that we will be having until the end of July. It’s made with a special mushroom broth and udon noodles topped with enoki tempura, wood ear mushrooms, sautéed button and beech mushrooms, and scallion. This special dish is made vegan. If your not a fan of udon you can substitute the noodles for ramen without an upcharge, however it will no longer be vegan. Don’t forget you can add an egg for $1.50!

Hey Hoshi family!

We’ve been getting a lot of requests for Flying Tiger favorites, so we have some exciting news. This week we’re preparing a large catering order for our Szechuan Chicken, and since we’ll already have everything prepped, we’ll be serving Szechuan Chicken to the public all next week as well!

As many of you know, my parents will be retiring soon, and we’d love to offer some of Flying Tiger’s signature dishes one last time. Going forward, if there’s enough interest, we’ll feature a Flying Tiger favorite about once a month. We’ll choose a dish based on requests and whether it’s practical for us to prepare.

We’re also grateful that so many of our Flying Tiger customers have made Hoshi their new home, and we hope those who haven’t tried us yet will stop by! A few favorites you may not know are already here:

- Our Chicken Teriyaki is essentially the same recipe as Flying Tiger’s Mongolian Chicken.
- Our Chahan (fried rice) is made with the same Flying Tiger recipe.
- Those popular chicken wings from the Flying Tiger lunch specials are the very same ones we serve at Hoshi.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support over the past 7 years. We truly appreciate every one of you and look forward to serving you for many more years to come!

Edit 2: Looks like there's a lot of request for hot and sour soup and egg drop soup. We have been offering this for a couple years now. You can get it dine-in or carry-out.

Don’t forget!! Next week we are rolling out some new alcohol to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. We’ve got an espresso stout and white ale from Hitachino Nest, whom will be visiting and having an event with us on July 17th at 5:30PM. We’ve also gotten an addition to our plum wine selection from Master Gao. This apple-plum wine is fruity, sweet and sour, we can serve it straight as is, on the rocks, or with an additional glass of sparkling water to turn it into a sparkling wine (let your server know how you’d like us to bring it to you 😋)

While we’ve got these new drinks coming in, we also got a restock on the Young Master Jade Scorpion which sold out after two weeks of its arrival last month!! We can’t wait for you guys to pair these delicious beverages with our special menu next week! 🍜❤️

Hey, Hoshi Fam !! We have some exciting news for you guys ! We will be celebrating SEVEN years of serving you by dropping some awesome specials and having a list of breweries come out to help us celebrate ! From Tuesday, July 14th - Sunday, July 19th we will have 4 new limited time items and 4 different brewery reps throughout the week that you will not want to miss !!
