🔥 Too Hot to Handle was back and hotter than ever for our 2nd annual spice showdown at Ike’s! 🌶️🔥 Students turned up the heat, tackling five days of fiery flavors from , , , and —each bringing a signature dish that had taste buds tingling and foreheads sweating! 💨🥵

The energy? Unmatched. The spice levels? Off the charts. The student hype? Next level. 🚀🌶️

Mason Dining had the pleasure of hosting Global Chef Darren from England! 🇬🇧 With 35 years of culinary expertise—including serving as a sous chef at Buckingham Palace—he brought authentic British flavors and plenty of smiles to campus.

Faculty & staff also enjoyed an exclusive meet-and-greet at The Mason Club, where they connected with Chef Darren and got a glimpse into England’s rich culinary traditions. Cheers to unforgettable flavors and great conversations!
