With many healthy, vegetarian and gluten free options, our café provides an array of super foods that are hard to find in Connecticut. Our staff is knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and ready to answer any questions you may have. You are sure to love the rawking flavors and combinations of our delicious items! Some of our menu items include Super Food Smoothies, Herbal Explosion Tea, Fresh Juices,

Chocolate Pudding, Chia Pudding, Carmel Bar, Jungle Peanut Butter Brownies, Macaroons, The Catch a Healthy Habit Burger, Falafel Sandwich, Carrot Ginger Soup and more! We have an event night every Thursday that includes a speaker, a documentary screening or raw food prep classes.

We have always worked hard to provide healthy, delicious food and drinks while creating a welcoming space for our community. Today, we are humbly asking for your help.
We have launched a GoFundMe campaign to help bridge the gap during this transition and cover unexpected costs associated with the move and delayed opening. Any contribution—large or small—will help us reopen our doors and continue serving the community we love.
