We're thrilled to announce our "USA 250" Road Trip Dinners, starting THIS WEEK. To celebrate America's big birthday this summer, Rouxster is hosting a series of "USA 250" Road Trip Dinners. Each dinner includes a five-course meal featuring the best-loved foods from a distinct American city or region. Chef Chad will serve up extra helpings of fun and insight as he discusses regional food traditions and cultural inspirations, plus a few cooking tips and techniques.
