Early bird update please read the entire post so that you know what is going on and you have the skinny  on the topic early bird dinners will be starting after Father’s Day weekend starting the week after Father’s Day weekend. I will post that day. If you are following me you will see my post. Come up on your page. If you are not following me, I don’t know what to tell you meals will be between 12.95 and $15 each.  if you aren’t wanting to eat at home and do a takeout, you can order at 4 o’clock. Pick it up whenever you want until 7 PM if you order more than two meals to go, you will have to pay for them over the phone you will, however most likely have to reheat it once you get home. Some of the items you should see in the coming weeks will be a light version of lasagna butter, and garlic chicken spidini over rice
Vegetable, lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, beef, and peppers, spaghetti, Bolognese smoked ham, hocks, and cabbage, carrots,  just because you’re not sure you may like something give it a try. I had one Lady last year never had ham hocks. She came back in the next day and she was hoping I still had some cause she was gonna buy it all she said it was the most delicious thing she ever put in her mouth . You never know  it was not her first choice, but it was all I had left so she took it and it ended up being her favorite. You never know.

Yay tomorrow is fish fry Friday UK STYLE PUB, FISH, AND CHIPS, MALT VINEGAR TARTAR SAUCE, COLESLAW 10 TO 12 OUNCE PIECES OF HADDOCK DEEP FRIED IN BEER, BATTER AND BEEF TALLOW BEAUTIFUL LARGE WHITE FILLETS OF MILD FISH CAUGHT AT OVER 450 FEET DEEP HAD IS LOADED WITH VITAMINS, MINERALS LOW IN CALORIES EXTREMELY HIGH IN PROTEIN. ONE PIECE WILL GIVE YOU OVER 60 G OF PROTEIN IN ONE SERVING. THIS IS A FISH THAT SHOULD BE A REGULAR ON YOUR DIET. I am also preparing a pasta dish for tomorrow. Should anyone like that instead of fish? We have other items as as well but we have sausage with ricotta stuffed shells house, marinara and a hot crusty garlic roll roll.

OK, I'm excited that you're all excited. However, I do need to clarify some things. Remember that I am the only person who cooks every single thing in this restaurant; I have no staff and no elves. It's just me. Keep that in mind. I'm still running the restaurant during the daytime for lunch, so will I have a menu? No, I won't have a menu. Will I post a menu beforehand? No, I probably won't have time for that either. But what I will have is a couple of options to pick from each day. Please do not call me and ask what I'm having today. Just drive by. Chances are, whatever I'm having, you're going to like it, and the price is right. This is designed to keep you out of the kitchen with all the heat and to give you an amazing meal at an amazing price. I'll continue doing this throughout the summer, unless, of course, it gets slow and there's not much interest. Whatever entrees I offer will be a variety; some nights there may be pasta and Cantonese food on the same menu. The busier I get, the more I'll offer. But there's no point in me spending 16 hours on my legs only to have three people come into the restaurant from 5 to 7. Restaurant work is the hardest work on the planet. Some meals will be less expensive than other meals, depending on what ingredients I'm using. All of this is a lot of work, and I don't mind doing it if I'm busy, but I don't want to sit in this restaurant for six hours a day getting things ready for nighttime only to have three people show up because they didn't think it was something they wanted. Friday is always fish fry, so we will not be doing any early bird Friday evening. As we get closer, I will post what menu items will be available in the future, not necessarily this week or next week or the week after, but at any point during the summer season. I'll post menu options that will be available or can come available now. If you want fish to go on Friday evening, you will have to call me at 2 o'clock, and you can pick it up by four, as long as I still have fish in the restaurant. We tend to sell out just about every Friday. I will always give you 100%.

Start planning now for your early bird dinners which will be starting in two weeks, time will be 5 to 7, take out will be available. You will have to call in your order between3&4 pm and then pick it up at the time you want, I will provide your first to go container after that you’ll have to bring the container back each time you order to go if not, you’ll be charged $1.50 per container that I have to provide again earlybird is designed to save you time in the kitchen during the heat of the summer and the high cost of preparing food and to offer you a way of eating healthier meals
It  is scientific truth that if you cook pasta and rice before hand, cool and freeze, and then reheat, this will reduce the glucose spike by 60% this will enable you to eat the starches that some of you love without the side effects of the glucose spike! All meals will be first come first serve. You’re all welcome to bring your own drink. if you want to buy a drink it will be $1.50 no refills
