The fox and the hound are teaming up again this weekend! I will be selling coffee and giving away pup cups as we celebrate the pet that wins Vice Mayor at Innovative Lawns this Saturday from 10-1:30! Be sure to bring a bag of pet food for the food drive and come say hi!

The cute names actually have reasons behind them…

The Foreshadowing Fox has been talked about a lot…my favorite colors equals my favorite flavors. It’s my signature drink and the one I’ll always be most proud of.

The “Hawk” is named for my husband. Our last name is Hawkins and one of the reasons I ran with the woodland theme. Caramel is one of his favorite flavors and this caramel is unmatched.

The”Squirrel.” Made with organic Ceylon cinnamon, molasses, sugar, and half and half, I named it the 🐿️ because the shaking motion reminds me of a squirrel running back and forth on the street 😂

The “Raccoon.” Cold brew used to be my drink of choice. Why I stopped drinking it is the reason why I gave it this name-it used to keep me up all night, creating dark circles and questionable temperament 😅

Last but not least, the “Chipmunk.” I don’t drink a lot of milk and I love sparkling water; I call this my coffee soda. It’s on my menu with vanilla syrup, but I love it as much if not more with orange syrup. It’s cute and completely underestimated and under appreciated…like a chipmunk. 😊

I’m so sad that there’s only a few days left in October!

If I’m not at the trailer making coffee, I’ll be outside staring at the trees 🍁

I sold out of beans very quickly last week; if you need a bag, don’t wait until Saturday!

And I decided to make one more fox pumpkin. It’s been a few years since I made them, and it will probably be a few more before I make them again 🤪

New bean origins are in!

I am a devoted fan of Central American coffees (Guatemalan/Costa Rica, etc), but it’s always fun to bring a tart African bean into the mix. I consider this Ethiopian bean (naturally processed and famous for berry notes) “dessert coffee”-it is thoroughly enjoyable on its own with no added sweeteners or distractions.

I also love to add it to a blend of other origins for a pop of flavor.

The little coffee trailer was invited to the big city for the first time 🦊☕️🌃

For those of you I cast my anxieties upon, your prayers worked ❤️ While it was different than I expected, there were no hiccups, and I didn’t run out of a single thing 🤣

So grateful for opportunities I would have never dared to dream up 🦊
