INFO FROM HEATHER: On April 14 we got news that no one wants hear, my mom, Robin was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, T2. Their was a large mass in the top lobe of her lung. It tested positive for cancer. Last week Friday she had a successful surgery that removed her top lobe. Mama Robin was released from the hospital yesterday and is recovering from her surgery. We are now waiting to see if she will need chemotherapy or radiation. We will have more information when we meet with the Dr. again. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers!

Come check out my girl Kelsey Parr!! She opens KP's Uptown Bar today in Uptown Fairwater!!!!! I can't thank her enough for sticking by my side at Leahy's and staying when I needed her the most. With me closing Leahy's I'm so excited I can offer Kelsey the chance to have a fun fantastic place for us all to go too!!! I can't wait for you all to see how awesome she turned "The Hall" into KP's Uptown Bar!!!!

Sorry I couldn't be there for my last night owning Leahy's! 😭😭
But I'm were I'm supposed to be taking care of my baby!! Yes we are still in the hospital, Chemo just wants to hang out. I know Macy is fun time girl like her mom lol but chemo, we want this party over.
Anyways to my staff....with out all of you I wouldn't have the business I have. It took all of you to get me here!!! I will love you forever!! Thank you for all your dedication!
To my Family....thanks for not killing me when I would loss my S**T!!!! Thanks for letting me vent when needed!! Especially Mark Zacharias and my mom Pamela C***r Leahy boy you 2 sure have big shoulders!!! And my kids for understanding why I worked so hard when they were little!!
To my friends...well you sometimes would see the worst side of me but I thank you and love you for loving me for me!!!
To my customers....thank you for supporting us the past 22 years! Without you I wouldn't have a business!!!

1st....Mason is a match....
But.....Macy's Bone Marrow test came back today!!!!
NEGATIVE- 0% LEUKEMIA!!!!
NO Transplant!!!
Macy still has a long road ahead of her. Still lots of Chemotherapy ahead, just excited to have a smooth ride on our path. We have definitely had our share of hills!!!
Macy is still trying to clear the Methotrexate so we are here a bit yet.
Thank you all so much!!! We are so BLESSED to have you all by our side!!!

Thanks again for a great 22 years!! Thank you also for last night. It was great to facetime everyone at Leahy's! We will probably have to again on Saturday!
We will miss you all so much!! But we will definitely see you around! Love you all!!!

Hey all ....we still have lots of food we will be running daily specials & as promised we will have several burger choices and homemade pizzas until we close our doors. We plan to have one heck of a good bye party this last weekend.... starting out Thursday night with BRAAK- EE- OKE, come share stories and check out pictures from the past ... hope to see all your faces!!

Since the announcement of our closing we have been extraordinarily busy, thank you so much for your business we definitely appreciate the support! In order to keep the quality of food high and the wait time lower once seated, we will not be opening our back dinning room up or offering some of our normal specials. This includes no $2 burgers on Monday, no chicken wings on Thursday, no fried chicken, and no prime rib. We WILL still open our back dinning room for one last Leahys Friday night fish fry! We will be serving at tables in the front and at the bar all day everyday until aug 25th. Eventually our menu will become more limited but we will have food and drinks until the final closing. Please understand we are trying to keep food quality high while still planning to close our doors.

As many of you know the bar has been for sale for over 2 years, unfortunately we have not been able to find a suitable buyer, and with the cards the lord has dealt us as of recently, I think it is important to focus on the needs of my family. With Heavy Heart we have decided that Sat. Aug. 25th will be our last day in business.
