here are the meals available for pick up or delivery today Friday 5/29

Chicken Kathleen, 2
A boneless breast of chicken with a layer of prosciutto, stuffed with broccoli and Monterey Jack cheese and served in a Monterey Jack cheese sauce.

Walnut Basil Chicken 4
A boneless chicken breast topped with Dueling Spoons Walnut Basil sauce, roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella

Shepherds Pie 2
Tender ground beef with onions and a rich brown gravy topped with mashed potatoes and beef braised carrots

Elk Pie 6
Same as the Shepherds pie but made with ground elk.

The Beast Salisbury Steak sold out
A patty of equal parts elk, bison, Wagyu beef and wild boar served old school Salisbury steak style with a mushroom gravy.

Pork Tenderloin Shane 2
Sliced pork tenderloin with an apple and onion compote and a Dijon Demi glacé

Pork chop braised in broth and onions served in a rich onion gravy

A salmon filet baked and served with a dill cream sauce

Assorted mushrooms in a creamy sauce over rigatoni topped with mozzarella

Tender breast of chicken and broccoli in a creamy sauce over rigatoni topped with mozzarella

Baked Rigatoni 6
Rigatoni in a rich tomato sauce with ricotta and sweet Italian sausage topped with mozzarella

All meals are cooked fresh using fresh ingredients and delivered to you fresh and ready to heat up.
All meals are $15 for our followers on Facebook.
The meals travel well and can be frozen.

We can deliver to you with a four meal minimum and a $5 delivery fee.
We will deliver free with a minimum 8 meal order.

You can pick up at the restaurant starting Thursday this week.

Chef Down! This has been my current position since last night.
We have a pretty exciting evening ahead and I wanted to make sure I was rested.
Sometimes God just says “you’re staying in bed today chef”
My Kathleen just woke me up with a cup of tea and a smoked salmon platter with all the trimmings and a bagel. I love you so much honey, thank you.
Funny now but not funny then, when we got here Sunday we hit Nathan’s Hot Dogs. You can take the boy out of NYC but not the NYC out of the boy. I’m a sucker for a Nathan’s and Nathan’s fries.
Well I was so excited for the dogs and fries that the basket had barely hit the table and I popped a fat crinkle cut fry in my mouth.
Now as a chef burns and cuts are part of our day to day. I once burned the back of my neck, lol.
This Nathan’s fry was fires of Mordor scalding hot and stuck in the top of my throat burning the top of my mouth pretty badly. Who else does crazy stuff like this happen too.
It wasn’t funny then but we are getting a chuckle out of it now.
We hope you are all okay and we will be back at the reins tomorrow for dinner service and At Home Meal pick up.

Hello Everybody,
I was asked about the meal at Le Cirque and what we ate. They serve a 4, 6 or 8 course tasting menu.
My kathleen and our Saoirse opted for the 4 course while I split the difference and had the 6 course.
In addition there was a complimentary amuse bouse, petite fours and chocolate truffles in a box to take home.
