I wanted to update everyone with some of the questions that have been asked the most.

The Owl sign! I promise it's ok. It's been repainted and is currently getting the neon lights fabricated for it. It will be back up for the grand opening. It will be covered up and unveiled at dusk with the lights on.

Speaking of Grand openings. I don't have an exact date. Its going to be soon. We are in a good place right now. If you drive by you can see the deck is almost done. Then it's the service window. Then that's all of the major renovations.

You're going to start seeing the property get beautified with plants and planters. We built a couple this week for the deck and have around 8 big plastic planters (that were donated by my father's friend Ed) that will be brought down soon and filled with plants.

On a side note, CDA has a program to beautify the flint. I'll post the link to it in the comments. Use it! Get a new mail box or a bird feeder or some plants and a rug.

We will be posting the menu very soon. I loved all the names people suggested. It gave me lots to think about for future specials.

Fun fact: All the pizzas will be named after things around the city. For instance there will be The Battleship, The Highland Harvest, and The Quequechan. Highlighting the positive things of Fall River will always be a priority for me.

This is called The Festa! Red sauce, chorico, red and green peppers, caramelized onions, red onions and jalapeno/banana peppers mix.

When I started this project my vision was to have all the windows open and have the oven and workers visible to every one. I wanted the public to enjoy the process of pizza making as much as I do. Last night I got to see my vision come to fruition. Seeing it illuminating that corner again, bringing life back to the area was always a top priority for me. We are getting close! The Owl is coming back to life!

My father never ceases to amaze me. He restored the original "OWL" and fabricated the "NITE". He added his own touch with the red LEDs. I can't wait to see this baby shine at night. Coming back after dark tonight!

Chris Gauthier dropped this off to me yesterday! Pretty cool limited edition poster. He bought it from an artists Kickstarter years ago and decided that the actual diner was a better home for it than his own house! I truly appreciate the kind gesture and all of the others by people like him. I'll be hanging this for all to enjoy soon! Thanks Chris!
