Slice your Brussels sprouts in half
Lay them face down in a hot pan with oil, or any flavored oil
Turn them once golden
Finish off in the air fryer at 400 for 4 minutes for that extra crispy char...

I toss them with a little parmesan once out of the oven and forget about it!! Chefs smooch!

...good afternoon, everyone! This week's new menu is here! One of the best things of being an adult is deciding what to eat...WHEN to eat it. In fact, we're one of the few countries who follows a, for us, traditional 3-meal day. Some countries have octopus and chili sauce for breakfast...trust me...i know! So, who says this is for the morning or that is for the evening? Live a little...nay...live a lot!

So what do we have this week? I'm still baking only a few loaves for Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, let me know if you'd like one! Remember, the menu starts WEDNESDAY afternoon to SUNDAY MORNING. Whether you're celebrating Father's Day, or you're celebrating yourself being a handsome Papi, get some tasty food this weekend.

Let me know what you guys think, some of these dishes can easily be made Gluten Free or Vegan/Vegetarian.

Oh..............seems like good news on the horizon. Is Chef Jorge close to opening a spot, albeit temporary, on Main Street? Well, stay tuned!

good morning, everyone! The weekend is finally here! With that, another menu down and another cooking week wrapped up. I'll be putting out a short menu tomorrow for Father's Day Weekend, a brunch menu!

Also, starting Monday, I start baking loaves of sourdough bread so let me know if you'd like some! I can only bake 4 per day, so let me know ahead of time!

Tuesday-Thursday Im probably making HANDMADE fresh pasta and HANDMADE stuffed ravioli. I will let you know!

Thank you all for your encouraging words, comments, and reviews. I couldn't grow without any of that. I am done making enchiladas and chile rellenos but are always available (as anything else on previous menus) for special orders.

Here's this week's new menu that stretches until SATURDAY. So you can go ahead and make your orders as follows:
1. Select an entree (some modifications possible, msg for more)
2. What day/time would you want to pick your meals up?

ALSO: for "Cinco de Mayo" I'll have a special menu: PULLED PORK Yucatan-Style Tacos and Tortas AND a delicious Margarita Mixer for your Cinco de Drink-o festivities. Just add your favorite type of booze and enjoy! Mix it into wine for Sangria if you're feeling that "Wednesday Classy" vibe. Or...you know what? ...juicy, blood orange and Achiote paste-marinated pulled pork sandwich, with pickled red onion and habaneros, topped with avocados. All served insidd a toasted Mexican bolillo. A great meal and incredibly light.
