🇺🇸 America is a melting pot. This 4th of July we put that in a plate.

Every great American story starts with different cultures coming together.

The Filipino community — bringing with them centuries of ube tradition. A purple yam so deeply woven into Filipino culture that every family has an ube recipe, every celebration has ube on the table, and every Filipino grandmother knows exactly what to do with it.

The Basque — bringing with them a cheesecake so extraordinary that when the world finally discovered it in 2018 it became one of the most searched desserts on the planet. Burnt on the outside. Impossibly creamy on the inside. Born in San Sebastián Spain in 1990. Beloved everywhere since.

This is what the American melting pot tastes like. Every culture that came to America brought something extraordinary to the table.
