Meet Joey, Cafe Manager and Barista at Northside Social.

When he’s not behind the bar crafting your morning coffee, you’ll likely find him in the gym. A passionate bodybuilder, Joey believes the same principles that drive progress in training—discipline, consistency, and patience—are what help create great experiences for our guests every day.

For Joey, coffee is about more than what’s in the cup. It’s about the connections built with guests, remembering a regular’s order before they even ask, and being part of the community’s daily routine.
